Introduction and regular classes at the Académie de tai chi du Québec

We're so excited to announce that we'll be offering classes at the Académie once more this September! You can join us on Thursday mornings from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and Friday mornings from 10:15 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. for some fun and engaging learning with Christine!

Classes for Seniors at the Centre du Vieux-Moulin de LaSalle

With Jean Hubert Gagnon and Jocelyne Lagacé

These classes, offered in collaboration with the Centre du Vieux Moulin, are designed for seniors, with exercises adapted to participants' physical condition.  We meet every Tuesday from 1 to 2 p.m. at the Centre Henri-Lemieux building, 7644 rue Édouard, Suite 210 (corner of 4th Avenue), LaSalle Qc.
