For several years now, we have been supporting the instructors of the Académie de Tai Chi du Québec by teaching classes and leading workshops. We have also been teaching Tai Chi to the lovely seniors at the Centre du Vieux-Moulin de LaSalle since 2017. More recently we started teaching at the Club de Tai Chi Saint-Laurent, in the Montreal North-West.
