Following the success of our tai chi week in early March, we're offering a new workshop from Sept. 18-20 at the Centre Musical CAMMAC.

Join us this Winter to review the 2nd part of Lok Hup Ba Fa (also known as Liu He Ba Fa). Explore the richness of this art, which forms the basis of Mr. Moy Lin-shin's tai chi methods.

For several years now, we have been supporting the instructors of the Académie de Tai Chi du Québec by teaching classes and leading workshops. We have also been teaching Tai Chi to the lovely seniors at the Centre du Vieux-Moulin de LaSalle since 2017. More recently we started teaching at the Club de Tai Chi Saint-Laurent, in the Montreal North-West.
