Join us this Fall to review the 2nd part of Lok Hup Ba Fa (also known as Liu He Ba Fa). Explore the richness of this art, which forms the basis of Mr. Moy Lin-shin's tai chi methods.

Following the success of our tai chi week in early March, we're offering a new workshop from Sept. 18-20 at the Centre Musical CAMMAC.

For several years now, we have been supporting the instructors of the Académie de Tai Chi du Québec by teaching classes and leading workshops. We have also been teaching Tai Chi to the lovely seniors at the Centre du Vieux-Moulin de LaSalle since 2017. More recently we started teaching at the Club de Tai Chi Saint-Laurent, in the Montreal North-West.

Registration for the second part of the Fall 2024 session begins this week. The session will include a 3 hour session at the beginning of January 2025 to start the year on the right foot !

Organized by our esteemed friends and experienced instructors at Tai Chi Evolutions, this workshop will be held in Newport, United Kingdom, October 18 to 21st.
