We invite you to join us from September 26 to 29, 2025 for a Liu He Ba Fa Workshop ( Lok Hup ) in the enchanting setting of the CAMMAC Music Center on Lake MacDonald. You can reserve your place as soon as January on our website. We'll be occupying the entire Centre over the long weekend, so we'll be able to accommodate between forty and fifty people in the main hall. Your instructors, Hubert and Philippe Gagnon, accompanied by Kevin Werre of Awareness Tai Chi based in Medicine Hat, Alberta, have devoted over forty years to mastering and teaching this art, a jewel in the tradition of Master Moy Lin-shin. Also on the program: early morning meditation and stretching; an open practice each evening to push hands or practice sequences with sword, saber and even the fan! We're also looking forward to the participation of Elliot Kravitz, who will share his profound experience and sense of how to move to maximize health benefits.
